These terms describe use of the EFM website, app, and digital magazine service. Use your own account and keep your sign-in details secure. Content is provided for personal reading; purchasing access does not transfer copyright or permit redistribution or resale.

Memberships and individual issues

New Issues costs US $2.99 per month or $24.99 per year. It includes the current issue at the start of each paid membership period and issues made available during that paid period. Those included issues stay in your account’s collection after the membership ends. Earlier archive issues are not included.

All Access costs US $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year. It includes the same retained issues, plus access to the older archive while the paid membership is active. Browsing an archive issue does not add it permanently to your collection.

Individual paid issues cost US $2.99 each and stay in your account’s collection without a membership. Access is tied to the EFM account used for the purchase. Sign in with that same account on the website and app. Any applicable taxes, discounts, and final amount are shown at checkout.

Renewals and cancellation

New memberships renew automatically for the selected monthly or yearly period unless canceled before renewal. Manage EFM billing in your website account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access for the paid period continues until its end, and included or individually purchased issues remain in your collection. Unpaid gaps do not grant additional issues. A fully refunded payment removes the access funded by that payment.

Existing legacy US $2.99 yearly memberships retain their original access through their paid-through dates and do not automatically switch to a new plan. When that access ends, choose a new membership or individual issue purchase.

Account deletion and payment questions

You may delete your account. This ends your EFM membership immediately, stops future EFM renewals, and removes your account’s reading collection, including previously retained issues. Deletion does not automatically refund previous payments. Contact EFM for payment or refund questions; these terms do not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Content and service

Magazine content is for general information and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Access requires an internet connection and compatible software. External readers and partner websites have their own terms and policies. Retained issues remain available through your EFM account while the content and service remain available; no offline download or perpetual hosting is promised.

Only submit articles, images, and advertisements you have permission to provide. Submission and advertising arrangements may have additional terms agreed separately. Do not misuse accounts, bypass paid access, or interfere with the service.
